Using Tratra

Tratra provides professional-development courses and learning resources for educators. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use the service for lawful educational purposes.

Course access

Course access is personal to the approved account unless a written school or organization agreement says otherwise. Do not share account credentials or redistribute protected course materials without permission.

Manual payment verification

Tratra currently uses manual bank-transfer verification. A payment request is not an approval. Access is granted only after an administrator confirms the reference and payment. Tratra does not currently process card payments.

Certificates

Certificates are issued according to the course-completion and assessment requirements displayed by Tratra. Tratra may correct or withdraw a certificate if account misuse or inaccurate information is discovered.

Educational content

Course materials are educational resources and do not replace professional judgment, local policy, safeguarding requirements, or school leadership guidance.
