Information we collect
Tratra collects information you provide when creating an educator account or submitting a manual payment request, such as your name, email address, phone number, subject, payment reference, and optional proof of payment.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, verify manual payments, grant course access, provide certificates and support, and improve the learning service.
Payment information
Tratra does not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC codes. Manual payment requests use a bank-transfer reference and, when supplied, proof of payment. Never send card details by WhatsApp or email.
Storage and security
Account and payment-request data are stored using Firebase services with access rules and administrator review. We limit access to information needed to operate the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
